We are also pleased to offer the services of Banquet in a Box, self catering holiday meals which can be delivered direct to your cottage with just 48 hours notice for minimal preparation, or you can even arrange the services of a personal chef for the duration of your holiday. Catering for wedding or birthday parties is also available, as are bouncy castles and marquees popular with large group holidays or celebrations, when you can book the whole complex to yourselves, please ask about this well in advance, we can assist with making your special occasion very special.

We endevour to welcome all guests and have wherever possible improved access and facilities to welcome guests with disabilities, some of our cottages are historic listed buildings which we are not able to fully adapt, however our newer cottages can offer wider doorways etc and in some we have provided full wheelchair access

Local Area

Treaslake is beautifully situated in the heart of the picturesque Otter Valley, renowned for wildlife and unspoiled countryside yet with easy access to local attractions, coastal resorts and exquisite towns. One mile away is the unique family friendly Otter Inn, another mile takes you to Honiton “antiques capitol of the south west” with a traditional bustling high street and street market. Seven miles south to Sidmouth, elegant Regency resort. Try Beer with it’s smugglers coves or Branscombe NT coastline. Walk a section of the south-west Coastal Path, or collect shells on Exmouth’s long stretch of sandy beach. A little further takes you to the famous Lyme Regis with it’s breathtaking “cob” harbour wall and famous fossil hunts. There are numerous attractions for children in the area, especially popular with all ages being Crealy Park. Local pubs and restaurants offer anything from quick snacks to a gourmet meal.
